How do start a new computer with Kontakt libraries

I just bought a new computer, How do I connect my hard drives and tell Kontakt where to find the libraries on my new computer, without messing up connection on my old computer? Can they run simultaneously?

Eventually I won't need my old computer but I want to make sure I have no interruption and double check I can open session I created on my old computer, on my new computer.

I hope I haven't asked a confusing question.. thanks!
