I am having trouble finding a laptop with this graphics card spec

Graphics card which supports OpenGL 3.3 or higher

is this required to make it run smoothly

According to Google, 3.3 was released in 2009, and the last update (4.6) was 2017, so I would think any laptop of reasonable spec within the last 10 years should be fine.

Are you looking at low spec laptops?
