Traktor 2 - Brought this a while back but cant access it

Hi there,

A few years ago I brought Traktor S2 with the software. I had a serial number and downloaded the DJ software onto another computer but I dont have that computer any more. However when I log into my NI account it doesn't show the Traktor sofware as a product on there meaning I cant redownload, what can I do to fix this?

    Hi.

    Are you trying to do this with Native Access? If so, what version?

    It's possible that you need to tell NA your code for Traktor S2. But if your code doesn't work because you already used it those years ago, then you will have to contact Native Instruments support for help.

    Bear in mind that NI support may be operating at reduced capacity for the holidays. Most of the company is out of the office and won't come back until after January 6th. So patience is the word of the day. And the week. And next week too…😏

    As you write Traktor 2 in your caption: Keep in mind that Traktor (Scratch) Pro 2 isn‘t supported on modern operating systems anymore. This is an issue especially on macOS. Native Access doesn‘t offer an installation of TP2 in that case!
