Komplete 15 Serial Successful but not showing up on Native Access (v3.16.0)

I've recently bought Komplete 15 Standard and received my emails for installment instructions and i'm having trouble trying to redeem my Serial Number into Native Access as it isn't showing up to let me install. (Screenshot below this paragraph).

After this note pops up after redeeming the Serial, i then receive no confirmation or notification on the top right of the window stating its successful and ready to install.

But i even try to search around Native Access and its nowhere to be found.

Even Plugin Alliance is giving me trouble. The email i also received stated to download Plugin Alliance Installation Manager to register and download/install Komplete 15 Standard after creating an account and registering the serial number into the Plugin Alliance Website. But the Komplete 15 Standard doesn't show up in the Plugin Alliance Installation Manager after the Website step. (Screenshot below)

I'm having so many issues already after buying this. Can somebody please help?
