Killing the track while playing

Where in preferences can you disable and not accidentally stop the track which is playing ?

    We are talking about Traktor? Or Maschine?

    If traktor, you mean if the fader is up, you want to disable the cue and play buttons?

    There is no setting for that, but maybe it's possible to do it with overmappings. Someone else might be able to help you with that.
