Still having problems with new complete Kontrol update 3,3,4

in Komplete Kontrol

Since october, i have an issue with komplete kontrol the closing "Battery"
I have Battery 4,3,0 running on MAC mini and Mac OS Ventura 13,7,1
I can load Battery in Komplete Kontol but each time i close Komplete kontrol (in standalone) or if i close if from Logic audio pro, or if i just close Logic audit, Komplete Kontrol crash itself and crash also Logic if i run it in logic.
The only version that works for me is Komplete Kontrol v 3,2,1. all version after this release crash with battery 4.
Can, you please correct it ?

    it’s a known bug that requires Battery to be updated - fix not out yet

    when i saw the last Komplete release notes, i thaught it might solved it finally ..
