Why was the "BUG - I can't relocate samples in Battery 4 - (BT4-2680)" thread closed?

Yes, unfortunately we put an automatic closing of old threads that were inactive for a long time nad can't reverse it. The said bug is not closed. I can share that devs are working on Battery at the moment to fix a few long lasting bugs, bring it to both Sonoma and Sequoia compatibility. A new Battery 4 update should be here early 2025.

    Ok, thanks @Jeremy_NI

Please remind the devs on the cell focus bug (?). Currently the cell selection always reverts to the first cell (when closing and reopening the GUI), but should remember the last cell that was selected/edited. This is a small thing to fix but important nonetheless.

In short: the cell selection should always be restored according to the last state.

Hello Everyone! I am 3 years late to the party but I have an alternative solution that I am using to upgrade from an older version of Battery, Logic and Mac to a Mac Mini Pro M4. It does not work going back and forth (a one way process) but my plan was to jump to a Mac Mini M4 Pro and not lose all of my multi outs, channel strip settings and automation. I have successfully made all of my kits load without deleting anything BUT I have a very specific set of circumstances which narrows the field of success. In case anyone wants a read, I added the information to my blog. I have no idea if I am allowed to post a link here but you can find my article by searching for my name which is the same as my blog site.
