My Traktor F1 not working

I installed traktor F1, it works few time. then one day, no more light.

it make light just when i put USB on. then no more.

i installed again all sW update Traktor 4 and controller editor F1. but nothing. i dont know what to do, if any configuration in traktor software to turn on the F1.

its new, i just used stem controller one or 2time, then it shutdown

make sure you select the controller in traktor itself aswell.
