S2 MK3 not showing all features on display, nor all options in Preferences dialogue box
Hi all, novice s2 mk3 user here, my Mac display does not show the full suite of options that I have seen on YouTube tutorials. Online searches instruct me to reset via the preferences dialogue box, however my dialogue box also shows limited options and resetting the controller is not among them.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

That is the long dead software Traktor DJ.
You probably want to use Traktor Pro 3 or Traktor Pro 4. You should have the license for one of those. If you bought it recently around or after the Pro 4 release, you will have that.
Go into native access, if you not have done already, add your serial, then download the pro software.

The controller doesn't have any influence over what is displayed in the Software. You adjust that in the various pages of the preferences menu. You can change how much info the individual decks show, and the mixer layout etc.
Take a look in the Deck Layout and Mixer pages to see the options.
There's also a little drop down menu on the top right of the main screen where you can switch between various layouts. You can also double click on the header of the individual decks to cycle through the deck sizes, which show different info depending on their size etc.
