Products do not show in native access

Hello! I'm looking for some help with my new Maschine MK 3. I just received my new gear in the mail yesterday and I cannot see any product that should come with it to download in Native Access, nor the Maschine software. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Native Access, re-entering the serial number, restarting/updating my computer and it does not show up in Native Access to install.

I'm pretty frustrated since I just bought the Maschine MK 3 and can't use it. Any help would be appreciated.

Just bought the Mikro 3 and having the seem issue. On amazon it says it comes with the purchase but its been 6 hours and nothing

Hi, same problem, I bought Maschine MK3 second-hand with regular license transfer, I see this on my section

MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS

but can't find any way to download the SW as it doesn't show up in Native Access.

Please help!
