MDLTone Ultimate Heavy Drums won't install correctly

I can see UHD in Native Access, but when I go to Add Library, there's no library to add. I reached out to MDLTone but they said that their download is only the one shot files and that NI should be installing the plugin within Native Access. I'm on an M1 Mac mini and version 1.14.1 of native access. I have lots of plugins installed but never had this problem, anyone familiar or know of a fix?

I installed Native Access 2 (dark) which states that it's not optimized for M1 series macs. It immediately started downloading the appropriate 3.7gb files to correctly install UHD. I may need to roll back to the M1 optimized version of NA, but at least the files are there now. Hopefully this helps someone in the future, it had me pulling my hair out.

I registered my serial number and Ultimate Heavy Drums shows up in the “not installed” tab of Native Access. I am unable to “Add Library”. I’ve searched the entire device for nicnt files and there isn’t one for UHD. MDLTone support referred me to NI support as the appropriate files are not being downloaded by Native Access after registering the serial number.

I’ve allowed NI to have full disk access. I'm not even sure this is the appropriate place to post this. None of the static help pages have been useful for this. I did find a Reddit user that stated NI had to send them a specific downloadable file to solve this but the support chat seems to never load. Busy season I suppose. :(

I'm not new to using adding products to NI/Kontakt but this one has me frustrated. I'd love any tips or suggestions from folks more knowledgable than me.
