Updated from Kontakt 1x to 15. Reinstalled Native Access. Kontakt 8 is not listed there. Followed the steps in FAQ (including removing the xml file). What do i need to provide so that u can help me? Thx

What OS are you running. And what version of NA are you running?

Updated from Komplete Ultimate 12 to Ultimate 15. Running Win 10, NA 3.16.0. I can see SOME of the new Libraries like Conflux or Action Woodwinds indicating that the update and the serial number worked. But I cant find Kontakt 8 or Guitar Rig higher than 5.
Which version of Windows 10?
