I was using my Mac cleaner to uninstall serum and I think I deleted accidentally some important files of Kontakt and in general native instruments plugins. Even if it's strange because thanks to my Mac cleaner it should only allow you to delete useless files.
By the way, after doing this, I opened my Ableton live 12 project and Kontakt was missing libraries, after I managed manually and looked for the library content folder it was finding them, but it shows plugins in demo mode.
From native access everything looks fine, even relocating the content folder.
If I open Kontakt (standalone or in daw, it's not different) in the library page it shows only Kontakt factory library and it doesn't change anything if I launch native access from the button in the page.
I tried the suggested procedure (Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens) to delete the native instruments folder from user>shared, but it doesn't work.
I can't procede to the next step (You have corrupted XML files)
Because it doesn't show me any xml files.
My question is, If I reinstall everything (it's a lot of Gbs and a lot of time I would lose, so a lot of money I would lose) do I lose my Kontakt instance inside Ableton project??
Do they reset and so I would lose so many projects?
In few projects, after doing the procedure of manually relocate the instruments, my instruments are not loaded anymore, expect that if I load them they are in demo mode.
Help please!
