Can't install some expansion

Hi,

I bought some expansions (Void eclipse, Body Mequanik, Rythme Source and lean expansion progressive Trance). Only "Rythme source" appear in my native access software. The others product don't appear in native access.

When i'm logged to my account native instrument in my web browser, the products appear in my registered product.

The support didn't answer my question about my problem.

What can i do ?

    I resolved my problem. I uninstalled Native access and installed the latest version.
