Native Access install fails due to no mis.lib found (ironic name)
Run both installers as an Admin :
First download and install the Legacy installer from here
then reboot computer
After that then download and install latest version of Native Access for your OS
mia.lib more ironic
I searched for mia.lib and found nothing
"mia.lib" is part of InstallAware - a software installation solution for Windows Installer used by many companies.
Temporarily disabling your Antivirus can help, as written here. Alternatively, try what PoorFellow suggested.
