Stems Interactivity: Compatibility between Traktor and Maschine stems

Things are obvious here and the request is simple:

How can we use Traktor stems on Maschine and Maschine stems on Traktor, without having to re-do them again (which is annoyingly time-consuming)!

Note: The real problem here was about where should i post this? On Traktor forum or on Maschine forum? 😋

And I have one more. Why is not Maschine 3 able to export project beside wav, mp3 also as STEM file? Maschine should have had this feature already for many, many years….
