Getting a valid Hardware license from second hand S49 MK1

I'm new to the NI world and haven't been involved in production since collage. Getting back into the game. I acquired a second hand Komplete Kontrol s49 this evening. How do I go about requesting transfer license?

The seller has to initiate the licence transfer, it's not something you can do as a purchaser. The MK1 is out of support now so you'll have to use the older version of the Komplete Kontrol software (2.9.6) once you get the licence details.
