Why did you send a ticket? What's your issue? Give us some details.
I bought a used device and wanted to have the serial number checked. If the device is already registered, it should be deregistered.
A used device? That's probably why NI isn't responding to you. You're not a new customer because you didn't buy a new unit. 😉
I have been a Native Instruments customer for 10 years. I never had that problem. I got an answer after 2 days at the latest.
3 or 5 years ago Native Instruments was a very different company. 😉
