komplete kontrol + maschine plugin in maschine

i don't know if this is already a thing , as I can’t believe it took 10 years for someone to figure it out , but i found a way to use the KK plugin in maschine if you so desire , I'm sure people have requested this for years.

i made a copy of the kk plugin vst and changed the name by removing the space then I put it in the maschine plugin vst 3 user folder , rescanned and it showed up, by the looks of it auto maps some parameters to maschine encoders

fyi it also works with maschine 2+3 plugins, if you want to use those in the other version

You can use maschine 3 plugin in maschine 2 , and fully utilise the stems feature, being able to drag audio (and midi) from maschine 3 into maschine 2 , that way you can keep using your old controller and still have some new features

You can’t drag audio from the maschine 2 plugin to maschine 3 but you can drag midi

fyi , you can use multiple instances of the m3/m2 plugin and multiple controllers, to setup (you have to go into the prefs of each Maschine instance and also make sure the controller isn't already selected in another instance's header)
