Queued message when updating

I'm on Mac OS 14.7.1, using Native Access 3.16.0 and want to install updates for Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt 7 Player and Maschine 2 Essentials. The updates immediately show 'failed' and become queued . Nothing is being updated, even after hours of waiting.
