Traktor X1 no longer working

My X1 has stopped working. When I plug in the usb all the lights will flash on as usual but then nothing works. Controller editor has been updated with latest and responds fine but in Traktor itself nothing works. In device settings/ controller manager I have Traktor kontrol x1 added but only 'none' is available in port settings. I have reinstalled the latest drivers for the X1 as well. I am running Windows 10 with Traktor Audio 10. Co

I have the same problem on MacOS with my X1 (first version). The other products like F1 and Z1 works without any problems…..

Search the forum for posts by the user @Opa . He discovered/developed a workaround to have the X1 be recognized on certain OS.

Thanks but I am not technical and have no idea what that link is suggesting. I just like to mix. I am also using Windows 10 so does that change anything. If you can help in layman's terms that would be appreciated. Thanks
