Why kontakt 8 is not appeared in Native Access?

I have purchased Komplete 15 standard, I have registered with serial number in native access, kontakt 8 is not shown to install. All other instruments are shown except kontakt 8.. please help me regarding this.

kontakt 8 is not shown to install.

If you have Kontakt 8 Player then try uninstalling that and then reboot P and then check if that fixes the problem.

If the bundle upgrade lists as registered and the products that you expect added from the bundle do not appear in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

If the above does not help (uninstall player version and reset XML) then since you apparently are on Windows then you also try installing the Kontakt 8.1.0 (PC only) manually and see if that helps then,

Thank you for response, I have tried all the ways you told but no use, let me install windows 11 and try again..
