Is there anyone based in the UK that can give NI installation support?

Hi Guys,

I'm a Studio One user and I really need someone to help me install NI plug ins. When I install they're not going to the right locations for S1 to pick them up. Then when move to the correct locations advised by NI and SI they're still not working. The NI player also isn't showing in S1, but I have Kontakt and other NI players in there.

Very frustrated and just need someone to hop on my machine and figure this out. Obviously happy to pay for time!

    Your profile says you're on Windows 10. Is that correct?

    Assuming the plugins are VST3, they should install to a default system folder, and shouldn't be moved elsewhere.

    What do you mean by "the right locations" and "the correct locations"?

    What do you mean by "NI players"?

    Thanks PK, appreciate you getting involved as this is getting very frustrating!

    They are being installed, but they are not going into folder recommended by Presonus

    When I add the VST file location to S1 they are not showing in the S1 instrument library (although Kontakt and other NI products are in there)

    I've read all the download docs and guides and spoken with S1 (and have support message outstanding with NI). Whilst I'm sure is down to my user error, I just really need someone who knows S1 and NI to jump on a call with me and talk me through it!

    Obviosuly happy to pay for any time taken. Let me know if you or anyone you know can help.
