Hi, I paid for an order on the native instruments website on 2024/12/01. It is now 2024/12/06 and I have had no communication regarding my order. I have tried to contact purchase support twice, once on 2024/12/04 and once on 2024/12/06 through the chat interface but I am yet to receive any response regarding our order.
Please could someone help with this matter. We also need our company VAT number added to the invoice as well.
