Order still under review after 6 days

Hi, I paid for an order on the native instruments website on 2024/12/01. It is now 2024/12/06 and I have had no communication regarding my order. I have tried to contact purchase support twice, once on 2024/12/04 and once on 2024/12/06 through the chat interface but I am yet to receive any response regarding our order.

Please could someone help with this matter. We also need our company VAT number added to the invoice as well.

    I think the answer will be: we are very sorry, but we are extremely busy… sorry to say.

    Same here Invisible.
    Useless chatbot feedback loop and no response to emails.
    You have to work REALLY hard to be this bad with customer service.

    Thank you for your responses. It is disappointing that not even company representative won’t even bother to respond to this thread after I paid over 1500usd.

    Can I ask what your experiences have been with this company? Their marketing looks great and reviewers give them good reviews for their products, but I’ve been reading the posts on this forum and I’m having extreme buyers remorse.
