I have not received a download link for the product. It does not show up in Native Access. Can anyone tell me what I may be doing incorrectly? thanks -hjp
You won't receive a download link - as Komplete is not a "product" that you can install.
It is merely a software bundle license that resides in your NI Acct.
The products within the bundle that you own - appear in Native Access. Dependant on the bundle you bought - could be hundreds of items or maybe just 10-15 with Komplete Start or Komplete Select.
Everything is done via Native Access - and be sure you are running the latest Native Access (v3.16+)

thank you for the quick response. Is there somewhere I can see what is included (listing) of products in the Komplete 15 Standard update? I ask, as I purchased Kontakt 8 and this (I just found out) is included in the update. I need to get a refund for that purchase BUT I cannot leave a msg anywhere OR chat with someone who can help. Frrustrated!
