my Firmeware Update goes yesterday wrong ….
The Keyboard is new.
The S49 loading the Update 1 hour and than going down…
and here i am…..

did you actually took the steps suggested by the firmware (disconnect, un-power and quit, then reconnect etc)?
If not, please do so. If you did so, but still have the same problem, you need to contact NI Support and open a support ticket.
They will assist you to fix it and, in case of a damage, they will replace the device.
