S49 Firmeware Update goes wrong

Hello together,

my Firmeware Update goes yesterday wrong ….

The Keyboard is new.

The S49 loading the Update 1 hour and than going down…

and here i am…..

Hello,

did you actually took the steps suggested by the firmware (disconnect, un-power and quit, then reconnect etc)?

If not, please do so. If you did so, but still have the same problem, you need to contact NI Support and open a support ticket.

They will assist you to fix it and, in case of a damage, they will replace the device.

Login first, then click the "Hardware repairs" at the bottom and follow instructions.

Note: Please be patient, as NI is in the Cyber Season sales ending and the team are extremely busy with a big amount of requests, It might take few days for them to get back to you. :-)
