Konakt Factory Library 2 doesn't show up in Kontakt 8

Tried contacting support but no one has still answered me in 3 days…

I also did some research on Google but nothing showing up, apart from delting the db3 file (but nothing changed).

At the moment I can only see libraries that are not part of the factory library 2 (conflux, analog dreams and so on), and they work fine.

I have tried uninstalling both kontakt 8 and the library but nothing happened.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me!

(note: all the instruments are on my external ssd and work fine apart from factory library that is in the same folder as the other working products)

This is also in Kontakt in standalone?

Is the library missing in both the Classic View and Default View?

@samgraffeo OP never came back to answer our questions. If you're having a similmar issue please give us more details, like your operating system, the version of Kontakt used, if it's happening in Kontakt in standalone, in your DAW, what DAW, etc…
