@dreamamusic11 Sorry to hear about your troubles. I see your requests in our system, my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible. We're in the middle of a big sales special so we have a lot of requests to process.
Ok but, I'm traveling on Monday !!! How is it that such a big company like Native Instruments can't have their live chat to work in such a moment, does't respond to emails, doesn't respect shipping policy which guarantees orders are processed in 24-48hours.. its a whole mess
