Traktor S4 MK3 - Traktor Pro 4 Not Available in Native Access?

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a Traktor S4 MK3 console, but in my Native Access software, I only see Traktor Pro 3 available for download, not Traktor Pro 4. Isn't Traktor Pro 4 supposed to be included with the S4 MK3?

Any help or clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you bought it from a 3rd party seller it might have been an older unit.

Alternately you can install by downloading the setup file from the website.
