No Kontakt 8 License Despite Paying For It

I recently purchased Komplete 15 Collector's Edition which is supposed to come with Kontakt 8. There is no Kontakt 8 license in my account.

Incidentally, I purchased Komplete 12 Ultimate four years ago which was supposed to come with Kontakt 6. There is also no Kontakt 6 license in my account.

All told, this is more than $1200 paid to Native Instruments for software where I don't get all the licenses I paid for.

Nobody is responding to my support ticket ( #4438022 ).
