Traktor 4 pro doesn't show up in native access only on the website

I purchased a brand new traktor S2 Mk3 and after setting up an account with native access and type in the serial key it won't appear in the library to download only shows up on the NI website. I tried to contact 3 times already and still haven't got a reply. I even upgraded my windows 10 to 11 latest version. Anyone can help?

I have a similar issue, I bought the new Z1 MK2 and the traktor 4 would not download because of an issue with the download locations even when they are the default option. There are no installing tutorials…
