Hi guys i have a quick question. I bought a Z2 traktor mixer which I love. Not used it for about 6 months and camme to ise it this weekend and the PC that it was installed on has literally died. I have a replacement Laptop running Win10 16GB ram I7, but am not sure what I need to with regard to registrering my Z2 and which version of traktor I should download. I dont need and web integration, just a basic control. I downloaded Traktor 2 but when I try and press "activate" despite showing "status online" it reportd the service centre is "offline". Can anyone help. Im an IT engineer by trade so Im hoping its a straight forward question. I judt need the free version. Nothing flash. Many thanks Dan

You need to use Native Access. Just install it and log in to your account, and your owned software will be on there.

thanks for the swift answer. Yes ive installed native access and am logged intoy account BUT I only see “controller editor”, kontakt, reaktor but no traktor hence me donloading the old version of Traktor directly from NI? But as i say that asks me to either pay for the full newer versions or says that the service centre is offline. I used to do everything through native access so i am familiar with it

Worst case, Traktor 4 is on sale at the moment.

I dont have another account. Surely this must happen regularly when somones pc goes. I kust need a basic version of traktot, ie the same one that it unlocked when i first installed it. Iis that not a possibility? Ps. Really really appreciate the help with this. Can i contact TI support themselves?

If you re-register the serial number on the bottom of your Z2 Mixer, in Native Access it will give you the Traktor 2 version (i think) of the software to download, the Traktor Z2 hardware comes with activation for that version of the software, you can then always upgrade.

Enable legacy products in Native Access' settings or Traktor Pro 2 won't appear. It also might not appear if your system doesn't support it (in particular Mac OS X versions)

Ive activated legacy products in native access but Still see nothinh regarding TRAKTOR at all even though I have a serial number registered in my account of my Z2. Im so confused (and Im a systems consultant) so it really shouldnt be this hard.
