Can Traktor Pro 4 be synced to two PCs?
I run TP4 on a desktop at home (more power/faster) but use laptop when traveling (DJing away from home).
Is it possible to synchronize music files (MP3 collection), TP4 settings, etc. so that both PCs can access the same files/date, settings via OneDrive?
If so, how can this best be done? (I have everything set up on the desktop- TP4 running well and synchronized to OneDrive but run into problems when I try to connect and synchronize TP4 on the laptop to the OneDrive files.)

Yes it is possible, in fact i have exactly the same set-up (1 desktop - 1 laptop).
I would avoid OneDrive or any other cloud service. I prefer to use a simple syncing through network with the Free File Sync application.
However, this is not enough, for Traktor settings and various other files. You must have the same folder structure on both computers as well!
And, if you use the default Traktor location (Documents\Native Instruments), then you must have the same user name on both computers and of course the same music folder location.

Apart of the above you can also have an easy live sync while playing:
Syncing two Instances of Traktor
These are the steps to sync two versions of Traktor running on different computers:
- Connect the two computers via MIDI in order to transmit the MIDI Clock signals.
- Decide which of the two computers should be the Clock Master and click the MASTER button in the Master Control panel.
- On the other computer click the AUTO button in the Master Control panel.
- To sync both computers, press the TICK button in the Master Control panel.
- Once the two ticks are audible, press the SYNC button in the Master Control panel on the sending computer in order to reset the receiving computer.
- Now start tweaking the MIDI Clock Sending Offset until the two Ticks are in perfect sync by clicking the Offset button.
- You can then turn off the Ticks.

If you want to use OneDrive or another cloud storage, I'd recommend to use it as an intermediate step. Reasons:
1. Minimises synchronisation issues
2. OneDrive becomes a backup which you can control.
Probably best explained with an example:
Music stored in c:\music
Traktor config c:\native\
I have copies of these folders in OneDrive e.g.
Onedrive\dj\music
OneDrive\dj\Traktor
I have two batch files which copy files between them e.g. CopyFromOneDrive and CopyToOneDrive.
I have this same setup on my second laptop.
Every time you synchronise you must decide which laptop is the "source of truth" i.e. which one has the most up to date configuration and latest music changes. If you don't then you might lose changes if you sync the "wrong way".
Lets say you spent a few hours prepping tracks and playlists on laptop A and want to sync to your DJ laptop. Assume OneDrive is up to date.
Step 1. Run "CopyFromOneDrive" on DJ laptop. This wipes out any local changes you may have made.
Step 2. Run "CopyToOneDrive" on laptop A. This moves all your changes to OneDrive.
Step 3. Let OneDrive sync on both laptops.
Step 4. Run "CopyFromOneDrive" on your DJ laptop.
After a DJ set, you can run the steps above in reverse to put your history etc back on laptop A.
Caution: upgrading Traktor reverts to the default install path, you need to correct this after an upgrade.
The above works but I recently stopped syncing my Traktor config and only sync the music with the above method, main reason is because I like to keep them separate so I can mess around with different configs.
Copying in and out of OneDrive means you can control when it is updated. This helps protect your config and music.
