Issues to download Guitar Rig 7 pro in two devices. How can I do it?
Hi guys. Today I bought Guitar Rig 7 pro from Plugin Boutique. Following the instructions I downloaded it to my Windows desktop PC. Now, when I try to download it to my Macbook, from the same account and using the "+Add serial" instruction, Native doesn't allow me to. It gives me an error message "This serial has already been registered..." . I don't know what I might be doing wrong. I would appreciate help with this. Thanks in advance.

You only need to register the serial once. And you can do it from whatever device you want.
Once it has been registered to your NI account (which you should verify online) and then log into Native Access - you simply install it on that device.If the product is not listed when you install and login to the latest version of Native Access (3.16+) you may be using the wrong acct to log in with.

Hello,
you don´t have to add the serial again, if you have registered a product once, you can download it just by log in and go to your products and download.

Thanks a lot. I tried, but in my Macbook, the "NATIVE ACCESS" only shows me on "Available" the Kontakt 7 Player (a gift) but not the Guitar Rig 7. And I checked that the account is the same in both devices.

What version of Mac OS do you have? And what version of Native Access ON the MacBook?

Same screen as you did for the Mac just 4 posts up?

Yes, same picture, no "Guitar Rig 7", no istalled, nor avaiklable. But I do have it installed in my Windows PC.

"Installed" is one thing. Authorized for use is another. Cannot authorize any NI product if it is not installed via Native Access. Manual installs do not help.
And if you see nothing - GR7 related - in NA on the Windows box - you are either logging into an account (In NA) that is not the same as your Main NI account. Or GR7 is not registered to the account you are using.
You need to login to your NI Account (via a browser) and confirm what you have.
If you actually registered GR7 in your NI acct - it will appear like this:
If you do not see anything related to GR in your acct - it is not registered.
Another thing to try - restart both machines, go back into NA and click the little Refresh icon in the upper right. That could force the product to appear.

No need for support if the product is listed in your NI account (via browser).
That is the first and only test that matters here.
And it is the weekend - NI support is a M-F kinda thing I believe.

Hello.
I tried yesterday but no way. The only thing I can remeber is that after the confimation email, and download the GR7 in mi windows PC, I changed my password in NI. Maybe this could change my client profile? such as then no recognized me as the same client in mi Mackbook? neither show the GR7 in my NI profile in the Windows PC. But I'm sure I never changed de email account of my profile, 'cause I use only one for this kind of stuff.
BTW, I tried the Macbook with Chrome and with Safari. Same situation on both.

Well - your "profile" is not on the PC. You need to go the Native Instruments website and do this (in the upper right hand corner):
Then check the list.
Changing your password should be fine but only if you have a single known account. If you are dealing with multiple accounts - you may have registered GR to the wrong one and that will require NI Sales to get involved.
Can't help you if you cannot determine what account you are using. Most of us here - have one and only one account - to ensure things like this do not occur.
