I tried to update the firmware on my Kontrol S49 MK3 and it won't work

When I tried to update the firmware on my Kontrol S49 MK3 using my MacBook Pro, it failed. I tried to do this several times changing things such as tabs open on my computer and turning it off and on again. I keep getting the same error message. Does anyone know how to fix this?
