Asked to "Authorize in Product Portal" - Product Portal does NOTHING

Read the title. Trying to use the RX trial, install it and when I open a plugin it asked to authorize in the Product Portal. I click it, the portal opens and then… nothing. The trial period is slowing ticking down and I can't even use it.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still nothing. Every time I do that, the trial period goes down by a whole day.

Is this a normal feature of izotope software? Simply, not working at all? Finally arrived here after so many broken weblinks and dead pages. I can't even contact izotope and there's no category for this.

How am I suppose to know if the software is what I need if the company refuses to make the trial work?

Have you tried instead of opening RX after start of PC then instead open Product Portal as an administrator and then check to see if there is an activation option in one of the tabs on the app ?

Else please contact iZotope install support or alternatively iZotope RX support

    P.S.

Not sure if the activation of an iZotope trial require iLok but you might want to have the iLok License Manager installed as long as you are using the iZotope version software as opposed to the N.I. versions.

Trial says "8 days left", but it's as good as nothing because I can't use the plugin.

Getting this and it's not going away. I can only assume that all of the RX software and product portal are broken. When will the fix be coming out for this bug?
