edited December 4 in Native Access

I have given permissions to NTK Daemon and Native Access as guided.

I have tried going back to earlier NA versions.

I have disabled antivirus software

I have more than enough space on my HD.

I have prayed to a god I don't believe in.

Please help.

I have prayed to a god I don't believe in.

I also do that a lot but I believe in my colleagues and their ability to work on your issue.

You've just put a link for the articles I've already looked at... Pretending that actual people/colleagues are waiting to help me at the end of a link is pretty pathetic. Please have a human customer service person contact me or publicly admit that such customer service people don't exist at NI anymore because they eat into profits.

I've posted in another thread already. We're genuinely trying to help you here. If something is not working, if you have difficulties logging in to your account, there is also a dedicated section, please read through the article again. Hundreds of customers reach out every day and if something is broken on your end please give more details as we would need to fix it. Frustration is understandable but please let us help you and let's be constructive. Thanks.

You can help by having a customer service person contact me through email. My NA2 does not download anything. I've used all of the resources on the support pages and the community support. I'm frustrated because all I want is to have a proper customer service person help me so I can use products I've purchased but that's clearly not a service NI supples now. I give up. NI is a joke.

We have explained to you how support works.

    Support is here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

This is how it works: https://bit.ly/NI_Support_How

If you followed these steps but you have issues logging in to your account, then you should have found a dedicated typeform, that I will post here, just in case of you missed it:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000427858-Account-Login-Password-Support-WIZARD

This has been tested and checked on various browsers and works for all our customers that get in touch every day.

    4 questions

    1. What is your OS?
    2. How much free disk space do you actually have?
    3. Are you trying to install multiple products at once or one at a time?
    4. What is the largest product you want to install?
