Library registered but invisible

Hello

I purchase 2 librairies vst about 4 days longs.

Drums of War III and CineBrass Sonore
The problem is I can't download CineBrass Sonore because doesn't appear on my products list Native Access.
I send an email but I still waiting for download the product. Someone of Native can resolve the problem please ?

First check if the products lists as Registered Product at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page .

If it does then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
