Has anyone had a similar issue with S2 MK3 volume fader of channel a

Having issue with S2 MK3 channel a volume fader. Using volume fader on hardware has no effect on software. Turning the volume on effects B makes volume of channel A move. Support offered some fixes none worked. They want me to try my hardware on a different computer to test to see if the problem is with the computer.

As suggested by my colleagues the best woukld be to check on a different computer. If the issue is the same then it's a hardware issue. It's very important to check that beforehand. Sorry for the trouble.
