Bug in Traktor Pro 4 version 4.11.23

Does anyone has problem in Traktor Pro 4 after installing the update of version 4.11.23?

I have encountered this problem, after installing the update, Traktor does not play tracks anymore, the play button turns into green color when I click on it as usual, but the track won't play, it does not react. The same with the cue buttons, when I click on a cue button, normally it will jump to that cue point. But now, it does not react at all. See screenshot in the attachment. I've checked the settings, also done the consistency check. I have not changed any settings. After the update, I think all my settings are still in place. The only thing is that Traktor does not react anymore. Does anyone have the same problem? Or does anyone know what to do? I've made a ticket to the customer service, but no reaction yet.

    I am also experiencing this issue, but it happens after leaving Traktor open for a while, not immediately. Selecting an audio device as I've seen suggested does not seem to have anything to do with it. The interface is selected, and can be reselected without change in behavior.

    Everything about the software seems operational (I can go full screen, I can go into prefs, I can load tracks into any deck I like, etc.), but the transport never starts moving when I press play. Then, as soon as I go to close the software, either with File > Exit or the X, Traktor hangs non-responsive and has to be forced to close.

    I do not let my computer go to sleep, but I have just disabled USB selective suspend to see if my PC is maybe giving my audio interface a nap time without asking and Traktor can't reconnect in the background. I'll report back if that seems to help.

    Lovely - Reopening Traktor that time gave me BSoD. It opened fine after the hard reboot.

    Too bad we can't edit our posts, otherwise I wouldn't post stack like this…

    Update:
    Traktor made it through the night and continues to work without issue, so I'm leaning toward USB selective suspend in Power Plan settings being the fix. I'll give it a few more days and then reenable to see if I can reproduce the issue.
