Is it no longer possible to upgrade East Asia through yangqin？

I previously upgraded the Irish harp into an Irish regional instrument and received an upgrade discount.But why don't I see an upgrade option in the East Asian instruments even though I own a yangqin?

    Well the offer is no longer here, East Asia is currently half price now anyway, thanks to the sales special.
