Libraries won't load

I recently cleaned up my Mac using "CleanMyMac" (MacPaw). afterwards, I lost authorizations, and needed to reauthorize. I haven't been able to use my sample library in Kontakt 7. When I select the "legacy" mode, there is nothing in my "libraries" when selecting "manage libraries". When I am in the other mode, I can see all the libraries, but when I attempt to load a library, I get a message saying that "content is missing". When I select where the content is, it doesn't resolve the issue. Any help would be amazing.

Wow. OK. Thanks for the info on that.

I've found a way to re-install everything so that Kontakt sees the instruments again. It's an arduous process!! I trash each library, which forces Native Access to display the "repair" button. Then I drag that library from the trash back into the same HD location. I then select "repair". I have to do them all individually. When I open Kontakt again, all those libraries are visible again.
