Maschine 3 purchased but only Demo showing, Native access not working correctly serious bugs

Already been using & supporting Native instruments since almost day 1 Apple Quadra, Pismo G3 macbooks yadd yadda, Had Maschine 2 on an older Mac Pro machine, Wanted to use Maschine 3, Didn't fancy the option of running native in M4 chip scenario so bought a newish i7 intel mac running 15.1.1, Just downloaded native access fresh onto the system from my online account so should be up to date version, Logged into that, Made the purchase for Maschine 3 update online, Received the emails, opened up native access, Maschine 3 DEMO only thing available to download, Downloaded it, open it up, 3 choices…DEMO+++ BUY+++ ACTIVATE, I press Activate as i just bought it, It opens native access & it then bugs out! starts opening windows shutting them down & then ****** out. tried it a couple of times then try to log into support on site, Thats not working either, Keeps going in a loop after i log in, not loggin me in even though i am logged in, Log in to contact support…What a shambles So no actual way to contact anyone LOL

    Eureka! Had to restart & reopen native access & then wait a few seconds till Maschine 3 dropped the DEMO next to it & opened up, So there's quite a delay between purchasing & it appearing in native access authorized to your account, So the NI system clearly has lags, Unfortunately i still can't contact customer support on the site, It goes round & round without logging you in even though you are logged in & are also logged into native access on the desktop, Looks like they may have disconnected it after experiencing the headache of dropping a new version with buggy infrastructure & so many variables for system compatibility 🤣
