Does the upgrade to Maschine 3 come with Ozone Elements 11?

I was watching the Maschine 3 introductory video and in the video they mention that Ozone Elements 11 is included? I don't see it after I downloaded Maschine 3.

    There's two different ways to purchase Maschine 3; you can purchase just the software which is $29 or you can purchase the Maschine 3 package which includes the software, the Maschine Central expansion, Ozone 11 elements and 3 soft synths. The package is $99 for full version or $69 for the update version which is what I believe you pay if you already have Maschine 2. Here's the link:
