Kontrol s4 mk3 no audio in booth output

The booth output of my Kontrol S4 MK3 does not output audio. I am using Traktor 4, and in the audio settings and outputs I have already tried to configure the available output options, but only the master output works by selecting “main/booth L R”. Does anyone know if the controller came with a problem, or if it is a configuration problem? I had never used this output before.

    Hello,

    as far as i know main and booth are the same, they only have seperate volume knobs on the hardware.

    What Uwe is saying is correct.

    Are you sure the Booth Volume is turned up?

    Are you trying the booth and main out with the same speakers and tested cables? Can you share screenshots from the first 3 tabs in preferences?
