Maschine software not displayed

I purchased a maschine mk3 from a retail store and entered the serial code in native access. It says success, but nothing is added. It is displayed as maschine mk3 on the Native Instruments site. Eventually I want to download maschine2 and update to maschine3The environment is Windows 11 latest version Native access is also latest
