IR impulse lib question

Im wondering if anyone might be aware of where to purchase/get the following

TTrue stereo impulses of acoustic spaces

MMultiple distance mixing

SSo I'm wanting to have 3 stereo verbs set up from the same space

1. Close mostly early reflection only ie call this the control point
2. About 3 or 4 metres away from.control and more of the room tail
3. 8 to 10m away
