Knobs are set to 0, but there is sound (FR sorry aha)

Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3. As you can see in the attached photo, the three top knobs in the second column from the left are set to 0, but sound is still coming out of my speakers. I'm not sure what's causing this issue.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

    It depends on the EQ type in settings. I think Z Iso is the setting with full kill.
