and it said battery not found I remember having battery before with my mk1 but I don't see any battery app in native access am i suppose to have a battery 1/2/3 to use?
Afetr checking your account I see no Battery livcence or bundle that would include Battery 4, please check this article: MASCHINE 2 Error Message: "Battery could not be loaded"
