Purchased Traktor pro 4, but my laptop (windows 11) only shows demo version. Anyone know why?

I downloaded the software on a PC with windows 10 and got the full features, but when I down loaded it to another PC with windows 11, I only got the demo version. Can anyone help?

How did you install it, did you use native Access 2 to download it?

I used Native Access 2 on both laptops. The windows 10 worked, but not the one with Windows 11.
